1. Service Agreement
- By purchasing our services, you agree to the installation and use of our underwater camera systems on your vessel as described in our service offerings.
- All installations are conducted on vessels that are out of the water, as this is necessary for a safe and effective setup.
2. Booking and Scheduling
- Due to high demand, there is currently a 3-month wait for booking installations. We recommend scheduling in advance to secure your preferred date.
- All bookings are subject to availability. Confirmation of your appointment will be provided upon scheduling.
3. Pricing and Payment
- The prices for our products and services are as listed on our website or as quoted during consultation. All prices are subject to change.
- Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods, which will be detailed during the booking process.
- If any payment remains outstanding, Boating Cams reserves the right to delay or cancel your installation.
4. Warranty and Extended Warranty
- We offer a 2-year warranty on all camera systems, covering any defects in materials or workmanship.
- An optional 3-year extended warranty is available for an additional $1,000. The extended warranty must be purchased at the time of booking.
- Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external environmental factors beyond normal marine conditions.
5. Installation Conditions
- The installation will be carried out by our professional team, following industry standards to ensure quality and safety.
- The customer must provide access to the vessel and ensure that it is out of the water during the scheduled installation date.
- Boating Cams is not responsible for any delays or additional costs incurred due to the vessel being unavailable or inaccessible at the time of installation.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate information regarding their vessel, including access, location, and any specific installation requirements.
- It is the customer's responsibility to maintain the system post-installation according to our maintenance guidelines to ensure longevity.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Boating Cams is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the service or product purchased. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the scheduled installation date to receive a full refund.
- If a cancellation is made less than 30 days in advance, a cancellation fee may apply.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and may result in additional waiting time due to high demand.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Boating Cams website, including logos, text, and images, is the intellectual property of Boating Cams and may not be used without permission.
10. Privacy Policy
- Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
11. Governing Law
